David Whitehurst

David Whitehurst is the founding partner of Whitehurst & White, L.L.P. He is board certified in personal injury trial law and is an active trial attorney defending individuals and businesses in claims and lawsuits involving premises liability, product liability and non-subscriber litigation.

EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Whitehurst tried over 25 cases with the regional Dallas litigation firm, Strasburger & Price, L.L.P where he served as an equity partner before forming his current firm, where he has tried many more cases.

PUBLICATIONS AND PRESENTATIONS:
Mr. Whitehurst has been a frequent speaker and contributor of premises liability and personal injury presentations within the State of Texas and for in-house counsel of major corporations around the country. He has also written materials and spoken at DRI programs on various areas of personal injury trial law.

CERTIFICATION/SPECIALTIES:
Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, since 1997. Admitted in the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Federal District Courts in Texas and Federal Courts in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Named as a Super Lawyer® for years. Rated as AV Preeminent®.
